An interesting, but slightly predictable look/interview into the sucess of Odd Future, with a bunch of typical "Hip Hop cliche's thrown in. There's no real surprise why these guys are so popular. In todays Mass marketed same ol same ol music scene kids are crying out for something that isnt that. Raw talent with no strings. Odd Future make good music, and are here to stay.
Q-TIP SIGNS TO G.O.O.D. MUSIC
Q-Tip is without doubt a Hip Hop legend whose talent is unquestionable. This could be the move to get him more out there as a solo artist, and to actually get some new material out. Fingers crossed!

Kanye and Q-Tip already have a working relationship, as Q-Tip produced tracks on West’s last album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy and Watch the Throne with Jay-Z.
The deal also reunites Q-Tip with former Jive CEO Barry Weiss, who oversaw the label’s release of classic Tribe Called Quest albums like People’s Instinctive Travels and the Paths of Rhythm, The Low End Theory, Midnight Marauders and others.
In March of 2011, Barry Weiss took over as head of Island/Def Jam, which distributes Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Music imprint.
“I’m excited to be a part of the great iconic Def Jam label,” Q-Tip said in a statement. “I’m humbled to be a part of such a storied history. To reconnect with Barry Weiss is a great thing. As far as G.O.O.D. Music, I’m excited to solidify my working relationship with Kanye, and I look forward to all the opportunities that lie ahead in our partnership. I will do my best to present the most cutting edge music I can.”
According to Q-Tip, he is currently in the recording studio working on material for The Last Zulu, which has no release date as of press time.
“I am thrilled to be working with Q-Tip once again,” said Barry Weiss. “He is a respected voice in the music community as shown by his acclaimed solo albums and countless contributions to the work of other artists. His creativity continues to surpass all boundaries of hip-hop, R&B, pop, and jazz. We welcome Q-Tip to the G.O.O.D. Music / Island Def Jam family.”

You gotta give it to Khaled, this is a local Dj from Miami who built a buzz locally on the radio and in the clubs, the guy produces nothing but yet everyone knows his name and we've all sang along to his songs.
Funiest part of the video is when Khalid takes his office "To The Streets" literally. I would have liked to have seen him try that in Stonebridge.

Facebook buys Instagram photo sharing network for $1bn

Facebook has announced it is to buy Instagram - the popular photo-sharing smartphone app.
Facebook is paying $1bn (£629m) in cash and stock for the takeover.
Instagram was only launched in October 2010 - initially just for the iPhone before being offered as an Android app last week.
Facebook's chief executive Mark Zuckerberg has pledged to continue to develop Instagram as a separate brand, allowing it to post to rival networks.
The app is free and allows users to apply 17 filters to the pictures they take - changing the colour balance to give the images a different feel - before they are uploaded.
It has proven hugely popular. The firm says that it has more than 30 million users uploading more than 5 million new pictures every day.
The company has "roughly" 10 employees, according to the Associated Press.
'Important milestone'"We think the fact that Instagram is connected to other services beyond Facebook is an important part of the experience," Mr Zuckerberg wrote on his Facebook page.
