I just come back from the celebrations which took place in the west end...Shout out to Dizz, Semtex, Scope,Nick, Paddy, Chuck, the generals,Tubby and everyone else i bumped into at the party.

Swizz goes in hard on this....from his forthcoming album due in October "Life after the party" When i first heard 2 years ago that Swizzy was coming out as a solo artist i wasn't having it, but dude is KILLING it with the beats at the moment from Hard Knocks to Money in the bank, its me bitches, to Watch your mouth... Where the cash at is a heat rock we've all been playing loud for the last couple of months now so good to see a video for this.

JAY Z & MARK RONSON AFTER PARTY @ PAPER. MK ON THE TABLES

The one thing i truly love about djing (apart from rocking the crowd) is that you never know where your gonna end up.I was getting ready to do my show on Kiss and Gotta phone call from Mark Ronsons Manager and my homeboy Seb at about 5pm. Mark wanted a dj that he new and trusted to keep the music policy correct at the Jay z ,Ronson after party which was gonna be held at Paper in Londons West end. Well it was no brain er and said HELL YEAH!!!

After having finished my radio show myself and Mr Lawson strolled down to Regent Street where the club was at. Originally i was supposed to meet Ronson and his boy Rich outside the spot but i was running a lil late due to the radio, so they were in the restaurant getting there food on...

After 20 minutes of trying to get in,finally made it through the doors and i made my way to the restaurant to meet Ronson.....I thought he'd have a table of friends amount a busy restaurant....Wrong.....It was one of those surreal moments in your life.. i opened the door and walked in on Jay Z, Memphis bleek, Ronson, Daniel Merriweather and crew munching hard on some really nice looking food....After saying hellos to everyone i went downstairs to the club and did my thing......

15 minutes into my set a dude came up to me and asked me if i had the "A Billi" freestyle.... Of course i had it, and i was instructed that i should drop it as he was walking into the club...then they wanted me to loop the A billi a billi, a billi a Billionaire....Kool no problem.... i get the count down...then enters Jay......People loose there mind and alotta Champagne was drunk...peep the pix

So on Kiss last night, my special guests were Mikey Rock & Chuck English AKA my peoples The Cool Kids...The Cool Kids are one of the few new Hip hop groups coming through, that I'm feeling.....Think about it....name 3 dope groups that have come out in the last 18 months??????? They talk about the forthcoming album, kicking off the Wireless festival in Hyde Park as well as Chuck possibly working with Jay Z !!!!
Mikey totally spazzzzzzed out on the freestyle...Dude was in a Zone!!! Went on for over 20 minutes...ALL off the top of the dome as well...peep the video and let me know if your feeling it....

ROOTS MANUVA BREAKS DOWN THE NEW ALBUM "SLIME AND REASON"

This is actually quite a good mini documentary about the brand new "Slime and Reason" album which is dropping at the beginning of September. Like i said before i've had this album for a month now and it's the best long player I've heard all year. It has every thing........next level beats, tracks you wanna party too, tracks that make you think, and lyrically it blows away most mc's in the game today. How many mc's do you know who have only had 1 top 40 hit (colossal insight reached no 32) and can still sell out Brixton academy, and play main stage at festivals like Reading????
