ROOTS MANUVA - DJ MK INSTORE TODAY AT HMV

So today saw the release of the brand new Roots Manuva album "Slime & Reason" and to celebrate HMV asked us to perform at there flagship store in London's Oxford St...

It was kinda weird doing a in store at this particular branch of HMV as i used to work in that exact store when i was 19, and technically i think I'm still banned from that strore seeing they sacked me!!! Oh well....It was a good look doing this, as HMV don't usually have in stores with hip hop artists after previous trouble...

We performed 4 tracks off the new album then the crowd cued faithfully as Rodney signed away...

Like i said before, i think this is the best Roots Manuva album he's done, and its definitely one of the best albums of the year.....Go cop it and judge for yourself. Here's some pics of the day... ENJOY..

Album is sick! Copped the enhanced version with the dub remixes, IT'S ALOT. When I heard your sampler, I thought damn, Toddla T vibe going on, and well to my surprise he's got several credits. Rodney comes thru with the production as well, its a wicked album, not his best though. Run Come Save Me will always be up der, pissed I didn't make, hear or know about the instore.
