So yesterday being saturday was the official start of the UK Slime & Reason tour.
We got to the venue for sound check at about 4pm....most people think touring is glamours but i can assure it isnt. You have to do the most amount of waiting around, but hey i aint complaining.
So oxford was the 1st date of the tour,and the venue was the Oxford carling accademy. We never actually played Oxford before and didnt know what to expect,but it was a perfect 1st show. The show was sold out with 1000 people and the energy of the crowd was intense.
After the encore we were on stage for a about an hour and a half. Its funny because when we first started doing shows Rodney only had 1 record out which was "Next type of motion" now we got about 6 albums to choose from which is kool.
I got crazy footage of last night....gonna upload it when i can find my cable!!! In the mean time heres some pix...
