KEEP PLASTIC PEOPLE ALIVE PT 1

Plastic people is a club, thats so much more then just a club. A focal meeting point for music lovers MC'S, DJ's as well boasting the best sound system in London. Myself and A-cyde ran our Gullyver nights from Plastic, for over 3 years, and if this place closes its gonna be such a huge loss.

Plastic People, situated at the top of Curtain Rd, in Shoreditch, East London has been at the forefront of nightclubbing culture for the last 16 years. Parties such as Co-Op, CDR, FWD and Balance have solidified Plastic People as the venue to reach to hear exciting new music over a superior sound system.

Recently an application was made to Hackney council for a review of Plastic People's license under what the music community has considered rather spurious claims. You can defend this cultural landmark by signing the petition at http://www.petitiononline.com/PP2010/petition.html

GULLYVER LAST SATURDAY NIGHT @PLASTIC PEOPLE

So last saturday night, the legendary club night GULLYVER was back, after a 3 month break for the summer. What a party! If you were not there, you missed out big time. Our guest dj from Hong Kong, DJ Beware, tore it down alongside Josey Rebelle, myself and the A-Cyde.

As a Dj, it's most definatley my favorite spot to spin at, as the sound system is so good and clear, you can pretty much get away with playing anything, as long as you drop it at the right time....and of cource it's got to be good music.

Last saturday every thing was played from Bashment to Electro, Hip Hop to Pop, and Grime to Funk....and much much more...If you like good music and good vibes, make sure you reach the next one which is Saturday 31st october.
