Hope everyone is good out their.... im in dubai at the mo, spinning at club chi tomorrow night. This is my 6th visit out here in the last 18 months and this place is crazzzy....its 38 degrees and the 5 starr hotel is all good. The net out here is kinda slow so stay wit me....
